How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorization: After receiving your request, we will send you the return instructions.

3. Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include a note with your order number and reason for return.

 

Shipping Costs

- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refund Process

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days).

- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above to return the original item, and then place a new order for the desired item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
